Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and buyers of this website, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it.
Information we collect
- Details you submit in forms: name, business email, phone number, company, requirement and message.
- Order and verification details you provide so we can confirm your organization and process your order.
- Basic usage information (pages viewed, button clicks) if analytics is enabled on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to enquiries and provide the package specification. Enquiry details you submit are stored in our database and emailed to our sales team so we can follow up.
- To verify orders and deliver data to the authorized buyer.
- To improve the website and understand which pages help visitors.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
Payment information
This website does not collect card or bank details. Payment is accepted by UPI only and is made inside your own UPI app. We receive the payer details your UPI app and bank pass on to us (such as the payer name, UPI ID and transaction ID), and the payment proof you send us to confirm your order.
Sharing
We do not sell your enquiry details. We may share information with service providers that help us run the website, communications, analytics or payments, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Candidate data
Candidate information supplied to buyers is covered by the Data Usage Policy. If you are a candidate or guardian and want information corrected or removed, or want to know where it came from, use our data removal and correction request form and we will review the request.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask to access, correct or delete the information you gave us, subject to applicable law, by contacting us.
Campaign attribution (local storage)
To learn which link or channel brought you to us, this website stores a small record in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days: the campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), the website you came from and the first page you visited. It contains no name, email or phone number. If you later send an enquiry or payment details, this record is sent with it so we can see the channel. You can delete it any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics scripts load only if enabled for this site. They may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits and clicks.
This page is a general policy statement and not legal advice. Vidyarthi Database recommends that buyers obtain their own legal advice on how applicable laws apply to their intended use.
